Ownership

You may create one new song using the licensed instrumental.

You retain ownership of your original lyrics, vocals, and your rights in the resulting master recording.

Produced By Shad retains ownership of the underlying instrumental and composition.

This license is non-exclusive. The instrumental may continue to be licensed to other artists.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or upload the instrumental by itself.

You may not claim ownership of the instrumental or register it as your original composition.

Automated Content ID or similar fingerprinting registration is not permitted without written approval from Produced By Shad.

Usage Limit

Once a usage limit is reached, an available license upgrade or additional authorization from Produced By Shad is required for continued commercial use.

Non-Exclusive Commercial License

For professional releases requiring higher limits and production-ready files.

Includes

* One commercially released song
* Up to 100,000 monetized streams
* Up to 10,000 paid downloads
* Up to two official music videos
* Monetized social-media use
* Limited synchronization rights
* Worldwide use

Ownership

You may create one new song using the licensed instrumental.

You retain ownership of your original lyrics, vocals, and your rights in the resulting master recording.

Produced By Shad retains ownership of the underlying instrumental and composition.

This license remains non-exclusive. The instrumental may continue to be licensed to other artists.

Limited Sync

The finished song may be used in independent or creator-produced visual content.

Paid advertising, major film or television placements, brand campaigns, and other commercial synchronization uses require separate written approval from Produced By Shad.

Restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or upload the instrumental by itself.

You may not claim ownership of the instrumental or register it as your original composition.

For artists seeking exclusive future use of an instrumental.

Exclusive licenses are negotiated directly and are not automatically sold through checkout.

Submitting an inquiry does not reserve or remove the instrumental from the catalog.

If Approved

Once the Exclusive License Agreement is signed and payment is completed:

* New non-exclusive licensing of the instrumental will stop.
* The artist receives the exclusive rights specifically defined in the agreement.
* MP3 and WAV files are included.
* Trackouts/stems may be included.
* Usage, publishing, royalties, synchronization, ownership, and other rights are defined in the final agreement.

Existing Licenses

Any valid license issued before the Exclusive License takes effect remains valid.

An Exclusive License does not cancel rights previously granted to other artists.

Ownership

Exclusive use does not automatically transfer Produced By Shad’s entire copyright or ownership of the underlying composition.

Any copyright transfer, publishing transfer, royalty arrangement, or ownership assignment must be expressly stated in the signed Exclusive License Agreement.

Availability

The instrumental remains available until the Exclusive License Agreement is signed and payment is completed.

Exclusive availability is not guaranteed until the transaction is finalized.
