DREAMGOOD STANDARD / FOR LEASE LICENSE
Version 1.0

This license is granted by Produced By Shad / DreamGood ("Licensor") to the purchasing artist ("Licensee").

1. Grant. Non-exclusive right to record, perform, and distribute one new master using the instrumental.
2. Streams. Up to 5,000 monetized streams / 1,000 paid downloads / 1 music video.
3. Credit. "Produced By Shad" must appear on metadata and visual credits where the Licensee controls them.
4. Territory / term. Worldwide, for the life of the new master, subject to the stream cap.
5. No stems / no exclusive. Licensee may not register the beat as their composition, sell the beat, or claim publisher share beyond their new lyrics/topline.
6. Assets. MP3 master only, delivered after verified payment.

This is a working storefront agreement for the MVP and is not a substitute for counsel.

DREAMGOOD PREMIUM LICENSE
Version 1.0

1. Grant. Non-exclusive right to commercially release one master.
2. Streams. Up to 50,000 monetized streams, paid downloads, and one official video.
3. Sync. Small-sync (under 90 seconds, non-advertising) included. Broadcast advertising requires a separate quote.
4. Credit. "Produced By Shad" required.
5. Assets. MP3 and WAV masters after verified payment.
6. Free-tier note. If the listed price is $0, the same rights apply; no entitlement exists until the order is marked paid by the server.

DREAMGOOD EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS — REQUEST TERMS
Version 1.0

Exclusive is not sold automatically from the cart. Licensee submits an inquiry describing the project. If accepted, Licensor will:
- retire non-exclusive sales of the instrumental
- transfer exclusive use of the beat for the agreed master
- deliver MP3 + WAV (and stems if later contracted)

Until a written exclusive close, all catalog previews remain public and existing leases remain valid.
